FAQs

  • What is barre?

Barre combines Pilates, Ballet, and common resistance training exercises for a heart pounding, strength building workout that you will actually LOVE! We move to the beat of the music to keep our heart rates high and use low impact exercises that burn out our muscles not our joints. Splendid Barre offers a wide variety of classes, click here to learn more about them.

  • Do I need to be a dancer to do barre?

NO! While Barre draws inspiration from dance, you do not need any previous dance experience to enjoy our classes!
